This is a set of four tin nesting canisters with a tulip print. The tins have red lids and white canisters. They are printed with a repeating print of single red tulips and bouquets of tulips and carnations with a red bow. The bottoms are plain red and do not have a maker's mark or logo.
The canisters are in good condition for their age and use. The biggest canister seems to be the canister with the most wear, as if it were used as a planter or used outside. The lid is rusty and the canister is stained and discolored inside and out. The remaining three canisters are all in about the same condition with general discoloration and wear. The remaining three has some minor scratching or rusty areas to the outside and one or two rusty areas to the inside. They have all yellowed on the outside. The lids come on and off easily. They definitely have a great vintage patina - please see photos!
The smallest canister measures 4.25 inches in diameter and is 6 inches tall. The next smallest canister is 5 inches in diameter and 6.25 inches tall. The medium canister is 6 inches in diameter and 6.75 inches tall. The largest canister is 7.25 inches in diameter and 7 inches tall.
