This is the 1915 antique edition of Phil Bradley at the Wheel by Silas K. Boone, published by the New York Book Company. This is the second of the Phil Bradley books, which is also part of the Mountain Boys Series. The book features a beige cover with an orange and green drawing of Phil at the wheel of his roadster. The spine is also decorate with one of the Mountain Boys with lettering in green. The front cover illustration is the same as the title page illustration, this time in black and white. There are 203 pages.
The book is in good antique condition for its age and use. It has general wear and discoloration to the covers and spine with fraying along the top edge of the spine. The spines are separated at the front and back covers but still attached by the webbing. Ralph Biddle wrote his name in ink inside the front cover. The pages are yellowed with browning inside the front and back covers and along the page edges. The inside back cover has two horizontal tears that correspond to bends on the outside back cover. There is a small stain on the back cover.
The book measures 7.5 by 5.25 inches. It is 1.25 inches thick.
