This is a Whitman Help Yourself ABC Picture Puzzle, no. 4416 from 1964. It features pop out squares for each letter with pictures for each letter. The background is yellow with each square piece having a white circle with the letter inside. Each square piece also has pictures that start with the letter inside the circle on each piece. The puzzle was published by Whitman to help develop coordination and motor control.
The puzzle is in vintage condition for its age and use. The colors are still bright. The corners and edges have general wear. Some of the pieces have wear to their edges where the paper is starting to peel up. It also looks like someone x'ed out letters in pencil and then erased the x's. It's hard to see from a distance but you can see it up close. There are no missing pieces.
The puzzle measures 14.5 inches by 11.5 inches.
