This is the 1953 American edition of Swedish Smorgasbord by Agnete Lampe and published by Lindqvists. It features a full color photo of Swedish delicacies on the front and back covers with a red leather-look spine. The spine is lettered in black. The book is filled with easy recipes for creating a Swedish buffet. There are both black and white and full-color photos inside with 78 pages.
The book is in good vintage condition for its age and use. The covers have general wear with some yellowing and minor discoloration. The spines are tightly attached. The pages are yellowed. Anne Lundh and Shirley Bredahl (Westman) wrote their names in ink next to the title page.
The book measures 7.75 inches by 5.5 inches. It is half an inch thick.
