This is a decorative tile trivet with a bright sunny illustration. The tile is surrounded by wood with a wood backing. The tile is white ceramic with a printed image of a red checkered counter top with a white chicken standing in the blue window. Behind the chicken is a rainbow and a smiling sun. Next to the window are shelves with various plants, vegetables, and kitchen tools. There is a brass loop on the back to hang the tile on the wall.
The trivet is in excellent vintage condition for its age and use. There is minimal to no scratches, paint loss, or fading to the tile. The wood has some minor discoloration, giving it a lovely warm patina. There are no chips or cracks to the wood or tile. The brass loop is secure.
The tile measures just over 7 inches square. It is just over half an inch thick.
