This is a floral brocade picture frame. The frame has a cream, beige, and green floral brocade covering over what feels like a solid wood frame, which gives it a raised and rounded look. The frame has a glass picture cover and a silky heavy white textured fabric on the back that is attached to the frame by 6 small metal pin nails. The frame has a slide out removeable panel on which is the hinged stand to set the frame upright.
The frame is in great vintage condition for its age and use. It has general wear with some minor discoloration and to the cream parts of the frame. The glass is clear with one very small area of sticky residue near the bottom right corner. The backing has one small gray stain toward the top of the stand. The frame stand opens and closes easily and the frame stands on its own.
The frame measures 8.25 inches by 10.25 inches with an 4.25 by 6.25 rectangle opening for the picture.
