Oval Frame with Black & White Portrait Photograph Vintage Possibly Antique

This is a vintage possibly antique metal oval frame with a black and white portrait photo. The frame is silver metal with two open feet at the bottom of the frame. The back is purple velvet with a stand and a little fabric tab to open the back of the frame. Inside the frame is a black and white photograph portrait of a woman in a white dress with her hair in a Gibson Girl style.
The frame is in vintage condition for its age and use. It is tarnished all over with some shiny spots around the edge. I am unsure if the photograph is an original or a photocopy, but it is in good condition either way. The very top edge is showing under the glass. The glass is clear with no scratches or clouding. The velvet is in excellent condition with minimal fading or discoloration. The cardboard edges of the backing are showing and fraying. The stand is attached only on one corner, but the stand still works and props up the frame.
The frame measures 6.5 inches tall by 3.5 inches wide. It is about half an inch thick. The picture opening is 5.25 inches by 3 inches.
