This is a set of 2 Girl Scout Handbooks - the Junior and Senior Handbook - from 1963. The Junior Handbook has a blue cover and the Senior Handbook has a olive green cover. Both have the Girl Scout logo and are lettered in white and black. They are softcover handbooks with full color and black and white illustrations. There are 371 pages in the Junior Handbook and 277 pages in the Senior Handbook.
The books are in good vintage condition for their age and use. The covers have general wear with some tears along corners and edges. There are some scratches to the covers with some general fading / discoloration. The covers are still attached on both books. Both books were owned by Linda Landrum who wrote her name in the front covers. She also filled in several of the badge pages in the Junior Handbook but the Senior Handbook is almost all ink-free. The pages have yellowed but the illustrations are still bright.
Both books measure 8.75 by 6.25 inches. The Junior Handbook is about an inch thick. The Senior Handbook is about .75 inches thick.
