This is a 1950s Baby Max camera with leather carrying case. This is an actual camera that takes 17.5mm film! The camera has the classic midcentury point and shoot camera look. The knobs on the top wind the film and hold the film in place. The shutter button is actually on the front of the camera on the top of the lens along with the aperture button. The camera case is leather with a small strap and Baby Max embossed on the front. The cameras were made in the 1950s by Tougodo in Japan.
This camera is in great condition for its age and use. The case has general wear with some minor discoloration but no loose threads or cracking to the leather. The case snaps shut easily. The camera is untested. The film winding knob and shutter buttons work easily. The film holding knob doesn't move, but I'm not sure if it's not working or me not knowing how to make it work.
The camera in the case measures 2.5 inches long by just over 1.5 inches tall. It is about 1 inch wide.
