This is a green steel desk organizer from Worldwide Brands. This was probably the organizer insert for a 1940s / 1950s metal desk that has since been removed to be used on its own. It is green steel metal with 10 compartments of various shapes and sizes. Two of the compartments have curved bottoms making them excellent tape or ribbon roll holders. It is stamped Worldwide Brands Service Steel Products.
The tray is in good vintage condition for its age and use. The paint coating has general wear with some small chipping along the edges of each caddy compartment. The top right side corner has a small dent. The compartments have some small staining and discoloration on the bottoms with some having paint or glue blobs. The bottom has wear with several scratches.
The caddy measures 19 inches long by 7.5 inches wide. It is 1.5 inches tall.
