This is a framed yarn crewel featuring an abstract vegetable garden or farm on a cream linen background. The crewel is 1970s groovy with a cream, orange, yellow, green, and brown color palette. The crewel is divided into small squares with each square representing a different garden patch. The bottom is embroidered with different vegetables and stitch-signed Stitched by V. Fuller Year 1977. It is framed with a simple brown wood frame with a sawtooth hanger on the back.
The crewel is in great condition for its age. The yarn has started to frizz, but there are no loose or missing threads. There are no holes or stains to the yarn or fabric. The frame has no glass. It has some minor scratches and discoloration.
The crewel measures 19.75 inches long by 12 inches wide. It is .75 inches thick.
